"Why I'm a Fan of Origins Of Beauty"
What really gets me about Origins Of Beauty is knowing that each item available for me to buy has been carefully chosen from a brand that’s ethical, organic, vegan, and kind to the planet. I don’t need to stress about looking into the products since that’s all been taken care of.
The items come in gorgeous packaging along with a personal note from Guy, which is such a sweet touch. Seriously, who doesn’t enjoy receiving a gift from Origins Of Beauty? It’s a win-win!

The buying process was straightforward, and the item arrived in good shape. I opted for first-class shipping, but it ended up taking more time than the second-class option, so I probably won't spend extra on delivery next time.

"Item not received, told to wait instead of getting a refund"
I made my order 13 days back and still no sign of it. I reached out to the support team through email twice to ask for a refund, but they told me to hang tight for another day for delivery, even though that day was a bank holiday and there wouldn’t be any mail. They can’t give me a tracking number and haven’t sent the item themselves; they got a third party to handle it. Now, I’m out nearly £20 and being asked to wait even longer for a solution.

"Thrilled with my items and the care taken..."
I’m really happy with my items and the care put into the delivery! My son is having a blast with his room spray and those cute little face sponges. The black pepper lip balm is just awesome - the scent and texture are spot on! I’ve still got two creams waiting to be opened :) Can’t wait to give them a go.

I got a breathable nail polish in Peony Blush for a buddy's birthday coming up in March. The shade matches the picture on the website perfectly. It showed up on time and was nicely wrapped. Now, I just gotta wait to find out what my friend thinks of it. I'm pretty sure she'll dig the color and the whole breathable idea.

Just a little tip: Every business, whether small or large, is made up of its employees, not just the brand itself. It might be a good idea to mention the names of your current staff in your communications instead of just focusing on the brand.

"Candle Disappointment"
This Pebble Candle really let me down. I could barely detect any scent from it. It burned for just two nights, maybe around 8 hours. Given its size, that seems reasonable, but my place is small, so I expected the aroma to spread easily. Nope, not a whiff. I had picked up two more as gifts, but now I'm hesitant to give them away. By the way, I appreciate the face mask sample, though I haven't given it a go yet.
